Using Kikumba
These terms govern your use of Kikumba, a product of Oree Studios Africa. By using the marketplace, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.
Marketplace role
Kikumba helps shoppers discover fashion and connect with independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, availability, quality, pricing, and fulfilment of their listings unless Kikumba states otherwise.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access secure. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, interfere with the platform, or attempt fraud.
Listings and purchases
Product details, prices, delivery terms, returns, and seller policies should be reviewed before purchase. Orders may be declined or cancelled where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or activity appears unlawful or unsafe.
Intellectual property
Kikumba’s name, identity, design, and original content belong to Oree Studios Africa or its licensors. Sellers retain responsibility for the content they submit and grant Kikumba permission to display it for marketplace operations and promotion.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kikumba. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be submitted through Kikumba’s official support channel once available.
